Uzbekistan strengthens its position in the textile market of Azerbaijan

Uzbekistan is taking steps to expand its presence in the textile market of Azerbaijan. The business mission, organized by the Uztekstilprom Association together with the Association of Exporters of Uzbekistan and the Embassy of the Republic in Azerbaijan, took place from April 11 to 15 in Baku.

The event was attended by 15 leading enterprises in the textile industry of Uzbekistan. The main objective of the trip was to increase interest in Uzbek products, increase export supplies, establish new business contacts and strengthen bilateral cooperation.

During the visit, negotiations were held in B2B format with large importers, wholesale buyers and representatives of purchasing structures. The mission participants also conducted an analysis of the local market, including a study of retail networks and pricing conditions, and also visited manufacturing enterprises in Azerbaijan to familiarize themselves with the capabilities of the industry.

Following the results of the business mission, the parties outlined specific steps aimed at developing partnership, increasing export volumes and promoting Uzbek textile products in foreign markets.
