According to the State Committee on Statistics, in the first quarter of 2021, 5,080 enterprises of Uzbekistan for the production of textile products produced textile products worth 11.5 trillion soums.

The index of the physical volume of this industry in comparison with the corresponding period of the last year amounted to 119.1%.

Regions with the largest share in the total volume of products manufactured by textile enterprises:

Ferghana region - 15.0%

Kashkadarya region - 9.8%

Tashkent region - 9.1%

Samarkand region - 9.1%

Bukhara region - 9.1%
