5th International Exhibition for Textile and Fashion Industries "UzTextileExpo Autumn 2022"
12 - 14 October 2022 Tashkent, Uzbekistan
In an exciting announcement, Scoop has revealed its plans to collaborate with Pure London for a one-off edition of Scoop x Pure this September. For one season only, Scoop will be taking a vacation from the Saatchi Gallery and Pure London from Olympia London as they spend the summer together in Shoreditch, London.
Under the creative direction of Karen Radley, founder of Scoop – the UK’s leading premium contemporary womenswear trade show, Scoop x Pure will take place from the 7th-9th September 2021 at The Old Truman Brewery. In the heart of East London, the event will offer an exclusive edit of forward-thinking contemporary men’s and women’s collections.
Anna Park, Luxury Womenswear Designer and Founder of ANNA and Primrose Park London said on the announcement: “Fashion is moving more and more to the East End and I think The Old Truman Brewery is a brilliant venue for the show. Karen will dress that building so beautifully, I will be happy to exhibit at the show and do my buying there. But best of all I love the midweek dates!”
The SS 2022 edition will see Scoop x Pure take over The Old Truman Brewery and dramatically transform it into the capital’s most exciting fashion destination, where Scoop and Pure London’s trademark selection of fashion will be mixed with more than a few surprises.
The ever growing and exciting line-up of contemporary UK and international designers includes: Jadien, Eleni Malami, Aspiga, Bayanah, Dea Kudibal, Tomorrow, One Season, Blank, Hartford, One Hundred Stars, Charlotte Spaare, POM Amsterdam, Cecilie Copenhagen, Goat, Enamour, Primrose Park, Amanda Uprichard, Miss June, Brodie, Osprey, Arche, Mary Ching, Wicker Wings, Emily Lovelock, Suncoo, Unfeigned, Corita Rose, Tidings, A.B.C.L, Enamel Copenhagen, Ilag, Part 2, Atoll Palme, Whisper, SZ Blockprints, LueL, Beatrice B, BRGN, FFNCH, Grace & Mila, Knomo, Conditions Apply, Whychi, By Dreams and many more.
Also expressing excitement for the event is Mariah Walton Bencik, Owner of West London Boutique in New Orleans, who said: "Being a retailer of a niche and cosy shop in the US, I am beyond thrilled to attend Scoop again this year. Our claim to fame has been housing emerging designers with elevated style from around the globe and curating them in our space. Our clients are more than ready to discover a few more, and we can't wait to make the introduction!"
Portraying the convergence of fashion and positivity, this season’s colourful Scoop x Pure show campaign image is a creative collaboration between Karen Radley and Ratti S.p.A., inspired by Nicholas Poussin’s Dance to the Music of Time. The quirky artwork retains elements of the original painting and will feature across the show as well as on social media, posters and Scoop x Pure scarves.
Karen Radley, Founder and Managing Director of Scoop commented on the forthcoming show: “This season’s residence at The Old Truman Brewery is exciting and inspiring. Not only will we create a dazzling backdrop for the season’s new designer collections with the flamboyant and colourful Ratti S.p.A design, we also have the opportunity to introduce visitors to an exciting new venue. What’s more, relocating to the former home of Jacket Required is a perfect way to welcome menswear labels to Scoop. In short, I can’t wait to welcome visitors to Scoop x Pure this September.”
Gloria Sandrucci, Event Director of Pure London added: “I agree with Karen, we have missed seeing our loyal Pure exhibitors and visitors for two seasons now, and this will be such a lovely way for us to come together under one roof at The Old Truman Brewery this September. Shoreditch is one of London’s fashion hubs, and with such a dynamic and creative atmosphere, we are confident that Scoop x Pure will provide a new and exciting buying experience this season.”
